Shipping Conditions
1. Shipping Area
We currently deliver to:
- Austria
- Germany
- EU member states
Delivery to other countries is only possible upon prior request via e-mail at:

2. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are as follows:
- Austria: €4.90
- Germany: €4.90
- EU member states: €9.90
For orders over €50.00, shipping within Austria is free of charge.
The applicable shipping costs are displayed separately during the order process.
3. Delivery Time
Delivery times are as follows:
- Austria: approx. 2–5 working days
- Germany: approx. 3–7 working days
- EU: approx. 5–10 working days
If an item is not immediately available or delays occur, we will inform you promptly by e-mail.
4. Shipping Providers
Shipping is carried out depending on destination and availability with:
- Austrian Post
- DHL
- DPD
It is not possible for the customer to choose the shipping provider.
5. Delivery Address
Delivery is made to the address specified by the customer during the order process.
Please ensure that the delivery address is correct and complete.
We do not assume liability for incorrectly provided addresses.
6. Transport Damage
If goods are delivered with obvious transport damage, we kindly ask you to report this immediately to the delivery person and inform us without delay at:
