General Terms and Conditions (GTC)

1. Scope of Application

These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all orders placed by consumers via the online shop of:

2. Conclusion of Contract

The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather a non-binding invitation to place an order.

By clicking the button “Buy now”, you submit a binding offer to purchase the goods contained in the shopping cart.

The purchase contract is concluded as soon as we accept your order by sending an order confirmation via e-mail.

3. Prices and Shipping Costs

All prices are stated in Euros (€) and include statutory VAT.

Shipping costs are shown separately during the order process.

4. Delivery

Delivery is made to the address specified by the customer.

Delivery time: approx. 3–7 working days, unless otherwise stated on the product page.

If a product is not available, we will inform you immediately.

5. Payment Terms

The following payment methods are accepted (depending on availability):

  • Credit card
  • PayPal
  • Klarna
  • Apple Pay
  • Google Pay

The charge is made immediately after completion of the order.

6. Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you receives the goods.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, a clear declaration by e-mail is sufficient:

The goods must be returned within 14 days after the withdrawal.

👉 The direct costs of returning the goods shall be borne by the customer.

7. Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • individually manufactured products
  • personalized items
  • sealed goods for hygiene reasons if the seal has been removed

8. Warranty

The statutory warranty provisions under Austrian law shall apply.

9. Liability

We are only liable for damages caused by intentional or grossly negligent behavior.
In cases of slight negligence, we are only liable for breaches of essential contractual obligations.

10. Data Protection

Information on the processing of personal data can be found in our privacy policy.

11. Applicable Law

Austrian law shall apply, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.

Place of jurisdiction is the competent court at the company’s registered office.
